New: Individual Punch-Timing!

Time tracking has never been that easy: Just punch in on your dashboard or in the app! The individual punch timing is particularly interesting for companies, which don’t want to use a central punch clock, for employees that have to punch in on the go, as well as for freelancers or employees, that work from home.
In contrast to the regular punch clock, which can be activated in the stakeholder rights, the individual punch timing can be activated in the employee rights and is available up from our pro-package.

Sometimes you can’t avert it: The shift schedule needs to be printed out, and it should ideally still look nice and clearly arranged. What shyftplan has been doing online for you for a long time already, is now available for print, too. Just click the print-icon displayed on the top left of the shift schedule and select what you want to be displayed in your print version. In a final step, you only have to choose the desired print view, download the new, print-optimized plan and print it out. This way, you don’t have to compromise when going for the print version. Our new print views are available in all packages.

Mouse-over in the calendar view

In the calendar view of your shift schedule our new mouse-over feature brings the relevant shift to the foreground and provides all the required information at a glance. This new feature is available in the day and week view in the calendar view and helps you to stay on top of your scheduling.

For rather extensive plans we suggest to use the position view or/and to use the filter function (on the left side of the schedule), to view, e.g., unassigned shifts only or shifts with open applications.

In general, our calendar view works best if you want to create a new shift schedule while the positions view displays especially rather extensive schedules very clearly. Beyond that, you can use our filter functions to adjust every view to display only the information that is relevant to you.
